Write to support@ciciro.app. It works the same for the website, the iPhone app and the Android app.

What to include

A few details get you a faster answer:

• The email address on your Ciciro account.
• Your device and its system version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 18, or Pixel 8, Android 15), or your browser for the website.
• The app version, if you know it.
• What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.

Please don't send your password, or your manuscript unless we ask for a part of it.

Purchases and refunds

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, and those bought in the Android app by Google Play. Apple and Google handle refunds for those purchases under their own policies. For a purchase made on the web, email us.
